For monthly rentals, the normal 13% sales tax does not apply.
Deposit / Canellation policy for Monthly Rentals
For monthly rentals (4 weeks or more), you are removing this property from future reservations for a very large block ot time. As a result, the reservation policy is different for monthly rentals. 25% is due at the time the reservation is made in order to confirm the reservation. Another 25% is due 45 days after booking the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. All payments are non-refundable. If you believe that there might be some possibility of your cancellation, we highly recommend that you purchase a vacation insurance policy. It costs about 6% and will reimburse you for most cancellations.
